10 years across the stack - TypeScript and React on the front, Node.js, GraphQL and PostgreSQL behind it. Most of that time at small teams where the person designing the system is also the one shipping and running it.
Right now I'm a founding engineer at Chronicle, building an AI presentation product from its first prototype: the widget architecture, the public API, and Muse, the agent that assembles decks from messy inputs.

How I work

Model first, screens second
I get the data model right before touching UI. Most "hard" features stop being hard once the shape is right.

Own it end-to-end
Schema, API, client, deploy. I stay on a feature from the RFC to the metrics dashboard.

I sit with product to work out where a feature is going, then build the version that gets there without a rewrite.
